Kelly Hamilton

Kelly Hamilton currently serves as Vice President of Human Resources for the Filtration Division at Eaton, where responsibilities include providing legal guidance on global employment matters and leading Employee Relations, Labor Relations, and HR Mergers and Acquisitions functions. Prior to this role, Kelly held the position of Senior Director of Employee Relations at Sherwin-Williams, overseeing global employee relations support.
