Morgan Hale serves as the Finance Director for Golf Pride at Eaton since June 2014, acting as Golf Pride's chief financial officer and a core member of the senior leadership team, focusing on global finance development across operations in the US, Taiwan, and Thailand. Morgan has a robust background in financial management and analysis across various sectors within Eaton, previously holding positions such as Plant Controller in Aerospace and EMEA, and Lead Financial Analyst in Hydraulics. Notable achievements include establishing internal controls and managing significant financial processes. Morgan's experience also encompasses a Financial Analyst Internship at Boyce Technologies, where ERP system implementation was successfully led. Morgan holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of South Carolina and is pursuing an Executive MBA at Michigan State University.
