Nidhi Kulshreshtha

Nidhi Kulshreshtha has extensive experience in human resources and talent acquisition, with a career spanning over a decade. Nidhi served as Manager HR Shared Services India and Executive Talent Hiring at Eaton from July 2019 to November 2022, and previously held the position of Vice President at United Resource Consultants from May 2018 to June 2019. Nidhi also worked as Head of Talent Acquisition at Principal in Pune from May 2017 to April 2018, and as Manager - TAC at Eaton Corporation from February 2010 to April 2017. Earlier in Nidhi's career, an Assistant Manager - Technical Resource role was held at NITYO INFO TECH PTE LTD in 2008. Nidhi holds a Masters in Personnel Management from INDSEARCH, Pune University, and a Diploma in Labour Law and Labour Welfare from Symbiosis Law College, Pune University.
