Oliwia Laczynska

Oliwia Laczynska is a seasoned professional in sales enablement, currently serving as Sales Enablement Manager for EMEA at Eaton since February 2021. Since June 2024, Oliwia has also been a member of the Sales Enablement Collective, a global community focused on enhancing sales enablement practices. Previously, Oliwia held multiple roles at Oracle from July 2010 to February 2021, including Global Sales Enablement Program Manager, where responsibilities encompassed collaborating with leadership teams, implementing onboarding programs, and enhancing training initiatives across global sales teams. Earlier positions included Business Development Manager roles at Oracle University and Sun Microsystems, alongside various roles in sales and education. Oliwia holds a Master's degree in Human Resources from the University of Warsaw and an Engineer degree in Management in Telecommunications from the Higher School of Applied Computing and Management in Warsaw.
