Mike Quarmby

Mike Quarmby has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Mike started their career at the Museum of London as a Mapping Coordinator in 1986. Mike then moved on to Colourmap Scanning Ltd as a Digital Cartographer in 1987. After that, they worked at Summerside Associates as an Operations Manager from 1988 to 1992. Following this, they joined Smallworld and held the position of Sales, Business Development & Presales from 1992 to 2000. In 2000, they joined GE and took on the role of Telecoms Segment Lead, EMEA until 2018. Mike then transitioned to Business Development Leader at GE from 2019 to 2023. Currently, Mike Quarmby is the VP of Sales EMEA at IQGeo since 2023.

Mike Quarmby completed their high school education at Blackpool Collegiate High School from 1975 to 1979. Mike then pursued further education at Blackpool Collegiate Sixth Form from 1979 to 1982. Mike later graduated from Kingston University in 1985 with a BSC (Hons) in Applied Science, specializing in Earth Science.
