Sanjay Powar

Sanjay Powar serves as the Director of Eaton India Sourcing, leading the Regional Procurement office to support Eaton businesses globally and drive strategic sourcing for growth projects in India. With extensive experience at Eaton spanning multiple roles in supply chain and procurement management, including Procurement Head for India and SEA and SCM lead for the Mobility Group, Sanjay has been instrumental in supplier development, cost management, and strategic sourcing initiatives. Previously, Sanjay held senior supply chain management positions at Bloom Energy Corporation and various roles within Eaton Aerospace, focusing on global sourcing and commodity management. Sanjay's career also includes foundational roles in project management and engineering at TATA AutoComp Systems Ltd, UGIL, and Greaves Ltd. Sanjay holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical from Shivaji University, a Diploma in Business Management, and a Diploma in International Business from Savitribai Phule Pune University and Symbiosis, Pune respectively.
