Shauna Steward

Shauna Steward is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in power system controls and technical sales management. Currently serving as the Lead Power System Controls at Eaton since May 2024, Shauna previously held significant roles at Powell as a Technical Sales Manager, where noteworthy achievements included streamlining quotation processes and enhancing departmental productivity. Prior to this, as an Operations Manager at Powell, Shauna improved recruiting strategies and operational efficiencies. Earlier career highlights include positions at Schneider Electric, where project executions involved complex PLC and microgrid designs, and other companies where expertise ranged from field testing to reliability engineering. Shauna holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Tennessee State University.
