Stephen Arcaya

Stephen Arcaya is an experienced project manager with a robust background in various industries, including electrical services, rail automation, and defense. Currently serving as the Lead Project Manager for Eaton's Electrical Services & Systems team since December 2020, Stephen focuses on optimizing power systems to align with business goals. Prior roles include Senior Project Manager at SIEMENS Mobility in the rail automation sector and similar positions at Westinghouse Electric Company. Stephen's career began in the U.S. Army, achieving the rank of Major before transitioning to the private sector. Stephen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from SUNY Oswego, completed between 1999 and 2000.
