Tim Bates

Tim Bates has a diverse background in the culinary industry. Tim currently serves as the Director of Culinary at Glory Days Grill and Barenaked Kitchen. Prior to that, they were the Managing Partner and Corporate Chef at Barenaked Kitchen, and also worked as the Operating Director at PDQ Restaurants. Tim has extensive experience at Bonefish Grill, where they served as a Managing Partner and Culinary Manager. Tim began their career as a Culinary Manager at Hops Grill & Brewery, where they established operating systems and managed a team of associates. Tim is skilled in budget development, inventory management, customer relationship strategies, and staff supervision.
