Timothy Kern

Timothy Kern has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Timothy is currently working as the Chief Operating Officer at Medifox Dan since January 2023. Prior to that, they held various roles at ResMed, including Vice President of Integration Lead and Vice President of Strategy & Business Development in the Sleep and Respiratory Care and Respiratory Care divisions. Timothy also served as Senior Director of Global Strategy at ResMed. Before joining ResMed, Kern worked at BlueGem Capital Partners as the Principal and Head of Portfolio Management, where they were responsible for portfolio management and deal origination in the Nordic region. Timothy also held board member positions at Enotria Winecellars Ltd and The Private Clinic during their time at BlueGem. Kern served as the Interim Managing Director at Liberty Wholesale, a division of Liberty Ltd, where they oversaw the wholesale operations of Liberty Art Fabrics. Prior to that, they worked at HgCapital as a Senior Associate, managing projects across the investment lifecycle in various industries. Kern began their career at McKinsey & Company as a Business Analyst.

Timothy Kern began their education in 2002 at the University of Melbourne, where they pursued a combined degree program. From 2002 to 2008, they studied Law, Finance, and German, earning a LLB, BCom, and DML. In 2006, Timothy briefly attended McGill University, specializing in International Law and obtaining a LLB degree.
