Jason Hithersay

Jason Hithersay is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the HR Manager at Eatzi's Market and Bakery since August 2022. With a career in human resources that includes roles such as HR Supervisor at Smith System and Human Resources Manager at Lowe's Companies, Inc., Jason has a proven track record in recruiting, hiring, and implementing HR policies. Prior to these positions, Jason worked in loss prevention at Lowe's Home Improvement Warehouse, where duties included managing safety and security, training employees, and overseeing inventory control. Additionally, Jason has experience in counseling, having provided outpatient services as an LPC Intern at Meier Day Program, Inc., and as a clinical intern counseling children and adults. Jason holds a Master of Arts in Counseling and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Dallas Baptist University and the University of North Texas, respectively.
