Long Nguyen

Long Nguyen is a skilled culinary professional with extensive experience in the food and hospitality industry. Currently serving as a Sous Chef and Manager at Eatzi's Market and Bakery since July 2023, Long brings a diverse background that includes roles as an Operating Investor at MAD PIE, where responsibilities encompassed brand building, community outreach, menu development, and marketing from May 2020 to August 2022.
