Travis Glaster

Travis Glaster has extensive culinary experience, currently serving as Kitchen Manager at Pepper Smash since December 2016, while also holding positions as Assistant Cook at French Toast and Sous Chef at EatZis since July 2015. In addition to these roles, Travis has worked as a Junior Sous Chef at Eatzi's Market and Bakery and briefly as Head Cook/Chef at Cafe Mila in October 2016. Educational background includes attendance at Lee College, enhancing culinary skills and expertise in various kitchen operations, customer service, and food preparation.
