Dan Lert currently serves as Président of Eau de Paris since September 2020 and as Adjoint à la Maire de Paris, overseeing energy transition, the Climate Plan, and water and energy management. In addition, Dan Lert has been a Conselier délégué for the 19th arrondissement since April 2014, focusing on pollution control and environmental risk prevention, as well as having served as Adjoint au Maire of the same arrondissement with responsibilities in environmental matters, sustainable development, urban nature, building energy renovation, and water management. Prior to these roles, Dan Lert worked as a legal advisor at Assistance Publique - Hôpitaux de Paris from January 2015 to March 2020. Dan Lert holds a DEA in Public Economic Law from Paris-Pantheon-Assas University, obtained between 1994 and 1999.
