Benjamin Donat

Benjamin Donat is an accomplished spa and wellness professional with extensive experience in luxury hospitality. Currently serving as the Executive Director of Spa & Wellness at Eau Palm Beach Resort & Spa since July 2023, Benjamin oversees a team of 130 employees and manages a 5-star spa facility with a budgeted revenue of $10 million. Previous roles include Opening Spa Director at Fairmont Hotels & Resorts, where Benjamin successfully reopened the spa after 19 months, Spa Director at both St. Regis Hotels & Resorts and The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, where Benjamin directed operations and achieved Forbes 4-star ratings, and Spa Manager at Choctaw Casinos & Resorts. Benjamin began their career as Opening SPA Manager at Hotel Erbprinz GmbH in Germany, where spa facilities were established from scratch. Benjamin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sports Science from Karlsruhe Institute of Technology, completed in 2009.
