Jennifer Ramb

Jennifer Ramb currently serves as the Human Resources Manager at Eau Palm Beach Resort & Spa since December 2021, assisting in the management of all HR functions in accordance with hotel standards. Prior to this role, Jennifer held the position of Director of Operations and Human Resources at SPERE Security, where responsibilities included overseeing security operations for multiple properties and managing a 75-member security team. Jennifer Ramb holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from the Community College of Philadelphia, with prior education at Mars Hill University.
