Patti Mailer holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from the University of Calgary and has extensive experience in human resources and people operations. Currently serving as the Director of Global People Operations at Eavor Technologies Inc., Patti has previously held significant leadership roles, including Head of Human Resources - Global at TransCanada Turbines and Executive Director of Human Resources - North America at MRC Global. Additional experience includes positions as Senior Consultant at Wendy Ellen Inc. and various director roles focused on human resources in Canada and the Western USA at MRC Global. Patti is also a Certified Professional in Human Resources (CPHR), a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), and a Registered Professional Recruitment (RPR).
