Rachana Dubey

Rachana Dubey serves as the Global People Operations Director at Orbia since May 2025, where responsibilities include leading the strategic roadmap for Global HR Shared Services across various regions including LATAM, EMEA, US & Canada, and APAC. Prior to this role, Rachana held the position of Senior Director of Human Resources at XPO Logistics, Inc. from June 2019 to December 2024, overseeing HR for Shared Services operations and achieving significant milestones in HR strategy, talent acquisition, and employee engagement. Rachana's experience also includes roles as Director of Human Resources at XPO Logistics and McCormick & Company, as well as Manager of HR & Compensation & Benefits Lead at Becton Dickinson Company, focusing on HR operations and performance culture. Rachana earned an MBA in Human Resources Management from Jiwaji University between June 2002 and August 2004.
