Amrit Poudel

Amrit Poudel is an experienced Project Manager with a robust background in software development and project management across multiple organizations. Currently at EB Pearls since June 2023, Amrit takes full ownership of software projects from planning to delivery. Prior experiences include leading projects at Dogma Group, a Microsoft Gold partner, where responsibilities encompassed planning, stakeholder management, and risk management. Amrit also served as a Project Manager at E-Signature Pvt. Ltd. and co-founded Sheshaya Technology, enhancing skills in project planning, scrum methodology, and client management. Early career roles included positions at WorldLink Communications and SAFEWAY TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED, focusing on IT engineering and field support. Amrit holds an MBA in Project Management from Infrastructure University Kuala Lumpur and an Engineer’s Degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Khwopa Engineering College. Additionally, ongoing education in Psychology and Economics through MITx courses reflects a commitment to continuous learning.
