Warisa Tay has extensive experience in the travel and hospitality industry, currently serving as Support Operations Lead and Project Manager at Pronto Marketing since September 2017, where responsibilities include leading support squads and managing projects. Prior to this, Warisa held roles at Excite Holidays from May 2015 to August 2017, excelling as a Test Analyst and Agency Sales Consultant, providing expert travel consultations and resolving booking issues. Earlier experience includes serving as a Guest Relations Officer at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, contributing to exceptional guest experiences and assisting in high-profile events. Warisa holds a Bachelor's Degree in International Hotel and Tourism Management from The University of Queensland and a Diploma in Hospitality and Tourism Management from Temasek Polytechnic.
