Thalita Paula dos Santos

Thalita Paula dos Santos is a Treasury Analyst at EBANX since January 2022, specializing in receivables anticipation and cost reduction initiatives. Prior to this, Thalita excelled as a Treasury Trainee, winning the "Trainee of the Year" award for a significant project on Accounts Payable Flow Optimization. Thalita's experience includes a role as Senior Logistics Supervisor at Martins, managing supplier negotiations and improving supplier development, as well as a research position at CAPES focused on sustainable composite materials. Thalita started as a Mechanical Engineering Intern at AMG Advanced Metallurgical Group N.V., working on mechanical project development.
