Karen Marchi

Karen Marchi is an experienced employee benefits manager with a robust background in benefits management and consulting. Currently serving as Manager of Employee Benefits at Elliott Group, Ebara Corp since April 2021, Karen's previous roles include Manager of Employee Benefits at ArcelorMittal Tubular Products and Consultant at Londino Group. At Londino Group, expertise was applied to assist clients in achieving benefit-related objectives. Additional experience includes developing a data-driven health and wellness strategy for Bayer Corporation and directing health and retirement programs at Medrad, where accomplishments led to receiving the MEDRAD President’s Award.
