Erica D'Alessandro

Erica D'Alessandro is an accomplished Staff UX Researcher at eBay since March 2021, focusing on foundational and evaluative research for the seller and buyer experience in shipping teams. Previously, as a Senior Design Researcher, Erica conducted research for the Shipping & Cross-border Trade teams at eBay and owned Taiga Press from November 2014 to March 2021, where Erica managed design innovation, market research, and product development for a successful letterpress print studio. Additional experience includes roles as a Writing Instructor at Tillamook Bay Community College, Research & Communications Specialist at Food Tank, and various research positions related to anthropology and public relations. Erica holds a Master of Arts in Applied Anthropology from Oregon State University and a BAS in International Studies from Miami University.
