Fang Fang

Fang Fang, Ph.D., is an experienced professional in the field of computer vision and machine learning, currently serving as the Manager of Computer Vision (Applied Research, ML Engineering) at eBay since January 2023. Fang's career at eBay began in June 2016, progressing through various technical roles, including Senior Machine Learning Engineer and Data Scientist, specializing in applied computer vision. Prior to eBay, Fang completed a Ph.D. in Applied Mathematics at New York University, where research focused on fluid dynamics simulations. Fang also participated in a competitive data science fellowship at The Data Incubator in 2015 and contributed as a Research Assistant at UCLA on numerical algorithms in virtual surgery projects. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Nankai University.
