Jo Figueiredo is a seasoned business growth executive and full-stack marketer with two decades of experience across multiple industries, including luxury automotive, finance, and not-for-profit. Jo currently serves as the Director of Commercial Operations U.S. for eBay Motors, focusing on driving customer acquisition and growth. Previously, Jo held leadership roles at notable companies such as Harley-Davidson and Audi Canada, where they were recognized for innovation and strategic impact. Alongside their professional endeavors, Jo has been an active volunteer with Lean In Toronto, supporting the development of future female leaders. Jo is also a passionate ski instructor, teaching and sharing their love for the sport.
