Kristen Recupero

Kristen Recupero (Miller), M.S., is a seasoned professional in instructional design with extensive experience across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Instructional Design at eBay since March 2023, Kristen previously held the position of Director of Learning Design at Arise Virtual Solutions Inc. from July 2017 to March 2023, overseeing large-scale curriculum design projects and providing creative guidance. Prior roles include Instructional Designer at Alliance Data card services, where Kristen developed innovative training courses, and instructional positions at Hondros Learning, Intermedix, and Compunetix, focusing on educational content and technical writing. Kristen holds a Master of Science in Instructional Design and Technology from Full Sail University and a Bachelor of Arts in Professional Writing and Information Design and English Literature from Cedarville University.
