Kate Perna

Kate Perna is an experienced instructional design professional with a strong focus on developing effective learning strategies and engaging content. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Instructional Design at IPG Health since 2022, Kate has pioneered processes to enhance employee support across the network. In addition to this role, Kate has been an Adjunct Instructor at The State University of New York since 2009, where responsibilities include designing course structures and facilitating faculty development workshops. Prior positions include Instructional Designer and Learning Center Specialist roles at SUNY institutions, as well as Senior Learning Experience Designer at WRS Health, where Kate focused on learner-centered design and digital onboarding. Kate holds a Master of Science in Secondary Education (English) and a Bachelor of Arts in English and Media Studies from Mount Saint Mary College and Pace University.
