Lee-Ann Sloan

Lee-Ann Sloan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in change delivery and business performance. Currently serving as Director, GCX, Business Performance at eBay since November 2022, Lee-Ann previously held several leadership roles at Sky from June 2016 to October 2022, including Head of Change Delivery, where responsibilities included building and managing a team to deliver change initiatives and overseeing the management of quality delivery programs. Additionally, Lee-Ann served as Head of Home Service Strategy, focusing on quality assurance and stakeholder relationships, as well as Head of Operational Delivery and Head of Operational Planning, where strategic development of contact center technologies was a core focus. Lee-Ann's career at Sky began in October 2007 as a Project Manager and included roles as Planning Implementation & Improvement Manager and Business Analyst. Lee-Ann holds a Business Management degree from Edinburgh Napier University and a Diploma in Business Analysis from ISEB.
