Mamta Dabral

Mamta Dabral is an accomplished compensation professional with significant experience in both executive and equity compensation strategies. Since November 2013, Mamta has held various director-level positions at eBay, providing compensation consultation to the Global Functions and CTO organizations. Prior to eBay, Mamta served as a Global Compensation Business Partner at Dell, where responsibilities included pay planning and market pricing for multiple business units, along with developing analytical tools for informed decision-making. Mamta also possesses a strong foundation in HR generalist roles and project management, having supported corporate acquisitions and workplace investigations at Dell, and has garnered experience in technical assistance and data analysis through roles at Purdue University, WNS Research and Analytics, and Hero Honda Motors. Mamta holds an MBA in Human Resources from Purdue University and a B.S. in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from Manipal Institute of Technology.
