Rebecca Richards

Rebecca Richards is an experienced professional in employee engagement, event production, and communications, currently serving as the Employee Engagement and Communications Manager at eBay since January 2011. In this role, Rebecca develops and implements strategies to enhance employee satisfaction and retention within the Global Customer Experience organization. Prior to this, Rebecca worked as a freelance event producer, consulting for tech companies on large-scale events and logistics. Rebecca’s tenure at eBay also includes a position as Senior Events Manager, overseeing the company's annual conference, eBay Live!, and managing vendor relationships. Earlier career experiences include roles at AV Images, B/O/W/G Advertising, and Allbee Green Presentations, where Rebecca excelled in production and account management. Rebecca holds a degree from Brigham Young University.
