Shivam Sunderam

Shivam Sunderam is a Senior AI Product Designer at eBay, focusing on the development of next-generation AI experiences since September 2024. Previously, Shivam held the position of Senior Product Designer at trivago from November 2021 to September 2024, where leadership in the design of an AI-driven semantic search led to the launch of Hotel AI highlights, Trivago's first Generation AI feature. At Sprinklr from July 2019 to October 2021, Shivam contributed to over 15 projects across core modules, impacting more than 1,400 global brands and achieving significant user adoption through a revitalization of the Sprinklr App. Early career experiences include a UX Design Internship at Microsoft, internships in UI/UX design, and a leadership role as the Creative Head for Alcheringa at the Indian Institute of Technology, Guwahati, where Shivam earned a Bachelor of Design degree from 2015 to 2019.
