Emma Tracey has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Emma began their career in 2009 as a Cashier at Country Paint and Hardware, where they provided excellent customer service and managed cash transactions. Emma then transitioned to an Office Assistant role, assisting with inventory management and office tasks.

In 2012, Emma joined All Pointe Care, LLC/ All Pointe HomeCare, LLC as a Support Staff member, working with clients with special needs and disabilities. Emma developed personalized plans and promoted independence and life skills.

Emma later joined Viking Garage Equipment in 2013, starting as a Marketing Associate/Sales Support before becoming an Office Manager. In their role, they managed day-to-day office tasks, including bill payment, ordering parts/equipment, and customer invoicing.

Their most recent position is at ebbo, where they have taken on various roles since 2016. Emma began as an Operations Coordinator and later transitioned to an Operations Manager role. Currently, Emma holds the position of Project Manager, where they lead and manages projects in a senior capacity.

Emma Tracey has a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology & Spanish from the University of Connecticut, which they obtained from 2009 to 2012. Prior to that, they attended Guilford High School from 2004 to 2008, where they completed their high school education. In addition to their academic qualifications, Emma Tracey also holds a certification as a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from the Scrum Alliance, which they obtained in April 2020.
