Jenniffer Lafaille

Jenniffer Lafaille is an accomplished professional in program management and client implementations, currently serving as Director at ebbo since September 2019, where responsibilities include developing and sustaining loyalty solutions for brands. Prior to this role, Jenniffer held various positions at Synapse Group Inc. from March 2003 to November 2018, progressing from Senior Project Manager to Director of Client Implementations and eventually Executive Director of Product Management and Marketing Operations. Earlier experience includes serving as Senior Consultant at Berkshire Hathaway Group of Insurance Companies in the Life Reinsurance Division from June 1998 to February 2003. Jenniffer holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from Roger Williams University.
