Osmand Christian

Osmand Christian has over 20 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Osmand is currently serving as the Director of Software Engineering at ebbo since February 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Busey from 2019 to 2022 as the VP - Application Development, where they provided strategic leadership on financial products and services transformation. From 2017 to 2019, Osmand worked at Global Telehealth Services as the VP - Innovation & Development, where they led the technology department and enabled an innovative and secure Telehealth platform. Osmand also has experience as a Health Systems Integration Architect at Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Mississippi from 2015 to 2017. Before that, they worked at Saint Louis University as a Clinical Systems Integration Architect & Manager from 2011 to 2015, at Sisters of Mercy Health Systems as Lead Application Development & Integration from 2006 to 2011, and as a Sr. Consultant - Health Systems Integration at the US Department of Health and Human Services from 2003 to 2006. Osmand started their career as a Lecturer & RA at the University of Windsor from 2001 to 2003 and worked as a Software Development Consultant at AIG in 2000. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in software engineering, application development, integration, and innovation in various industries.

Osmand Christian holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science & Mathematics from the University of Windsor, which was completed from 1996 to 1999. Following this, Christian pursued a Master's Degree in Computer Science at the University of Windsor from 2001 to 2002. In 2015, Christian also completed an Executive Master of Health Administration consisting of four courses at Saint Louis University.
