Malinda Howell

Malinda Howell has had a long and diverse work experience. Malinda began their career in 1995 as a Manager at Pappas Restaurants, Inc. In 1997, they joined Ebby Halliday, Realtors as a Sales Manager, later transitioning to the role of Vice President of Brokerage. During their time at Ebby Halliday, they also served as the Office Manager and Co-manager of different offices. In 2013, they became the TREPAC Chair at MetroTex Association of REALTORS®. In 2014, they became a Member of the Board of Directors at Garland Chamber of Commerce. More recently, in 2018, they joined Ebby Halliday Companies as the Senior Vice President of Brokerage. Throughout their career, Malinda has been involved in various leadership roles and has gained extensive knowledge and experience in the real estate industry.

Malinda Howell attended South Garland High School from 1986 to 1990, but did not obtain a degree or specify a field of study. Malinda then pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management from 1990 to 1994 at Texas Tech University College of Human Sciences. In terms of additional certifications, Malinda obtained the CRB Designation from the Council of Real Estate Brokerage Managers in 2013, which is awarded to managers who have completed advanced education. Malinda also became a mentor for the Peak Producers comprehensive sales training program by Brian Buffini of Buffini and Company.
