Biju Xavier has extensive work experience in customer service and operations management. BIJU started their career in 2003 as a Team Leader at Reliance Infostreams Pvt Ltd and then moved on to become an Assistant Manager at Firstsource Solutions Limited in 2008. In 2013, they joined Tech Mahindra as an Assistant Manager and later transitioned to a Senior Operations Manager role at Vertex Customer Management India Private Limited in 2015. Biju's most recent position is Head Contact Center at Eben Telecom Pvt. Ltd., where they are known for their self-motivation, result-oriented approach, and expertise in delivering superior customer experience. BIJU is also certified in Six Sigma Green Belt and skilled in data analysis.
Biju Xavier began their education at Star Jesus High School in Karukutty from 1995 to 1996. After completing their high school education, they attended Christ College in Irinjalakuda, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from 1999 to 2002.
