Shirley White Souder

Shirley White Souder is an experienced professional with a diverse background in ministry and counseling. Since April 2009, Shirley has served as the Senior Preacher at Ebenezer United Methodist Church, where responsibilities include preaching, directing the choir, teaching Bible studies, and conducting weddings and funerals. In addition to religious duties, Shirley has operated ETC Boutique since January 2006, specializing in gown design and alteration for various formal attire. From January 1998 to February 2002, Shirley worked within the MHMR department in Texarkana, Texas, providing psychological counseling, writing behavioral plans, and managing a caseload of clients. Additionally, Shirley served as a case worker for children's services, delivering counseling and support through home and office visitations. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Psychology-Sociology from T.A.M.U in Texarkana and a course of study in Theology from Perkins /SMU Theology schools in Dallas, Texas.
