Alex Kisch

Alex Kisch is the Culinary Director at Ebenezer, where they apply their academic training and commitment to excellence in the culinary industry. Previously, Alex has held various positions, including Executive Sous Chef and Sous Chef at Red Rabbit, Lead Line Cook at The Sample Room, and Support Chef at Ebenezer. Alex's culinary journey also includes roles as a Line Cook at Umami by Travail and Sole Mio, and Chef De Partie at Spoon And Stable. They earned a Culinary Certificate from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts-Minneapolis and an Associate's degree in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
