Daniel Ile

Daniel Ile possesses extensive experience in engineering and project management, currently serving as Launch Manager at Eberspaecher since June 2016. In this role, Daniel leads cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches, manage budgets, and implement operational standards. Daniel has also held interim positions including Manufacturing Engineering Manager, providing leadership across manufacturing engineering teams and overseeing engineering change management. Prior to Eberspaecher, Daniel worked at Faist Mekatronic as a Manufacturing Engineer and held project management roles at ShinHeung Electronics and ELECROCONSULT, showcasing a strong background in production processes and project coordination. Education includes a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Universitatea din Oradea.
