Katarzyna Rybacka

Katarzyna Rybacka is a seasoned process engineer and project leader with extensive experience in the automotive industry. Currently serving as a project leader and process engineer at Eberspächer Group since March 2021, Katarzyna previously held the role of senior process engineer at Autoliv from January 2014 to March 2021, where responsibilities included conducting process stability workshops, improving production line efficiency, and mentoring fellow engineers. Earlier experience at Faurecia as a process engineer intern focused on supervising production processes, developing technical documentation, and implementing Lean Manufacturing principles. Katarzyna holds a Master of Engineering degree in Management and Production Engineering from Wrocław University of Economics and Business, obtained in 2014.
