Katja Morgenstern

Katja Morgenstern is an experienced HR professional specializing in Compensation & Benefits (C&B) with a strong track record in project management and process development. Since December 2018, Katja has served as HR Experte C&B at Eberspaecher, focusing on C&B project management, process improvement, and annual C&B processes. Prior to this, Katja held key roles at SMARTRAC N.V., including Manager Corporate HR C&B and Project Coordinator Corporate HR, where responsibilities included managing global C&B processes and HR project coordination.
