KOTLAR Aurelian is an experienced leader in the automotive electronics industry, currently serving as the Interdisciplinary Team Lead for System Requirements and Test in Hardware and Mechanics at Eberspächer Group since February 2022, focusing on the transition to electrification. Prior roles include Head of Battery Management Systems at Vitesco Technologies and Group Lead at Continental Automotive Romania, where responsibilities encompassed leading design teams for Hardware Customer Application and Electronic Platform development in Engine Systems. KOTLAR's career began at Continental, progressing from an ECU Designer to Team Leader for the ECU design team. Academic achievements include a PhD in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest and a degree in Computers from the Technical University of Cluj Napoca.
