Magdalena Damm

Magdalena Damm is a seasoned professional in human resources and development, currently serving as a Learning and Development Specialist at Eberspächer Group since January 2020, while also supporting the Executive Vice President of Global Human Resources. Previous experience includes roles as an MRO Buyer at Adient and as an HR Training and Development Specialist at BBBank. Early career positions encompassed a Scholarship Holder at Bundestag Congress Youth Exchange and a Student Assistant in Media Services at Valdosta State University. Magdalena holds a Master’s degree in Investigaciones Sociales y Humanísticas from Universidad Autónoma de Aguascalientes, a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management from Steinbeis Hochschule, and an International Coaching Certification from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
