Shrikant Gharge

Shrikant Gharge is an experienced Purchase Engineer currently employed at Eberspächer Group since October 2019, where responsibilities include negotiating lead-time, cost, and quality, while managing vendors and suppliers to meet organizational objectives. Prior to this, Shrikant worked at Adisoft Technologies from October 2015 to October 2019, gaining expertise in negotiation and procurement supply chain management for electrical items. Shrikant's career began as an Electrical Design Engineer at Applied Power Industries from November 2011 to September 2015, where maintenance procedures and repairs on electrical products and systems were performed, alongside identification of key electrical components for system installations. Shrikant holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from TKIET, Warananagar, earned between 2006 and 2011.
