Julie Johnston

Julie Johnston is an experienced marketing professional with a strong background in customer relationship management and analytics. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of CRM & Analytics at EBG since April 2018, Julie has also held roles such as Senior Vice President of Customer Experience & Analytics and Vice President of Database Marketing & Customer Insights within the same company. Prior to EBG, Julie operated as a Marketing Consultant from September 2009 to March 2018, providing services to notable clients such as JetBlue Airways and The Madison Square Garden Company. Julie's earlier experience includes leadership positions at Digitas as VP/Group Director of Marketing and Wunderman as Management Supervisor, along with foundational roles at Lord & Taylor. Julie Johnston earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Pennsylvania in 1996.
