Diana Lemos

Diana Lemos is a Senior Bioinformatics Developer at the European Bioinformatics Institute (EMBL-EBI), where they have contributed to the Ensembl Variation team since 2018. In this role, they focused on improving automation and quality control within internal production pipelines and extensively worked on the Variant Effect Predictor, enhancing its functionality and user support. Prior to this, Diana completed a Master's degree in Bioinformatics and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering at Universidade do Minho, and held a research fellowship at i3S - Instituto de Investigação e Inovação em Saúde.
