Preeti Choudhary

Preeti Choudhary is a Senior Bioinformatics Scientist at the European Bioinformatics Institute | EMBL-EBI since February 2019. Prior to this, Preeti worked as a Senior Research Fellow at IISER Mohali from August 2014 to December 2018. Preeti holds a PhD in Computational Biology from the Indian Institute of Science Education and Research (IISER), Mohali, and a Bachelor of Technology in Biotechnology from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University. During their PhD, Preeti focused on exploring the general structural basis of promiscuity in enzymes, with a specific case study on Escherichia coli γ-glutamyl cysteine ligase (EcGCL).
