Amy Garfinkel has a extensive work experience in the media and advertising industry. Amy started their career at OMD USA, where they held various roles including Supervisor and Negotiator, Associate Media Director, and Director of Local Broadcast. During their time at OMD USA, Amy was responsible for managing advertising placements for multiple brands and implementing trade partnerships with vendors.
After leaving OMD USA, Amy joined Spark Foundry as the SVP, Director of Investment and Activation. In this role, they led a team of 75 people and managed a budget of $1 billion, placing advertisements across video and audio platforms for brands such as Honda, Cox Cable, and Sprint. Amy also played a key role in developing a diverse team and reducing expenses through restructuring.
Amy later took a two-year sabbatical, during which they lived in Cape Town, South Africa. During this time, they pursued personal passions in photography, travel blogging, and volunteering with a homeless coalition.
Upon their return, Amy joined Eyes on Second as a Consultant and Operations Manager. Amy then founded WATGPhotography.com in 2020, before joining Ebiquity plc as a Principal Consultant.
At Ebiquity plc, Amy took on increasingly senior roles, starting as a Principal Consultant, then becoming the Director of Media Performance and Insights, and currently serving as the Senior Director in the same department. In these roles, Amy led transformation initiatives, introduced alternative measurement approaches, and presented data-driven insights to C-Suite stakeholders. Amy also collaborated with clients and agencies on media investment strategies, and coordinated reporting across global regions.

Amy Garfinkel attended Blind Brook High School but did not obtain a degree from there. Amy went on to earn a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Advertising from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 1994. In 1997, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing from Baruch College, completing it in 2000.
