Courtney Montgomery

Courtney Montgomery is an experienced educator specializing in supporting English Language Learners and students with exceptional needs. Currently serving as an ESOL Instructor at Manhattan-Ogden USD383 since November 2021, Courtney focuses on creating inclusive environments, modifying assignments, and enhancing student relationships to improve academic performance. Previous roles include working as an ESOL Paraprofessional and Learning Specialist, as well as teaching at international schools and in special education settings. Courtney's educational background features advanced degrees in International and Comparative Education, Special Education, and Elementary Education from Lehigh University and Kansas State University.
