Nathan Hood has extensive experience in financial analysis and real estate, currently serving as the Capital Budget Administrator at EBMUD since April 2022. In addition, Nathan has been a Realtor with Real Estate eBroker Inc. in California since December 2015, holding a California Agent/Salesperson DRE License. Previous roles include significant positions at BART from July 2013 to March 2022, where responsibilities ranged from Principal Financial Analyst to Assistant to the General Manager. Additional experience includes serving as Bay Area Executive Director for Peer Health Exchange and Project Manager at the New York City Charter School Center. Nathan holds a Bachelor’s degree from Yale University and is a graduate of Cass Technical High School.
